<about>We are a volunteer driven group with a vision of utilizing our historical and natural resources to build the foundation for a recreation industy - a tourism destination - within a two county area on the Minnesota prairie, that will create job and entreprenurial opportunites to retain our population. Our vision includes the development of the Tatanka Trails, the Green Corridor, the Minnesota History Learning Center and passenger rail service from the west metro to the scenic recreational and historical learning opportunities within the Minnesota River Valley and the Tatanka Bluffs Corridor.</about>

<circumstances>On less than $1,000 of annual revenues, over the last 5 years, the Tatanka Bluffs Corridor board has facillitated other citizens to engage and develop the following associated groups:
Green Corridor, Inc.
Minnesota History Learning Center, Inc.
Redwood Area Learning Center, Inc. Cummulatively, these groups have received over $3,000,000 in development funding (planning & land acqusition) and donations, but the Tatanka Bluffs Corridor board has not had the funds for web site development that would share the "full story" of who we are and what we are trying to accomplish and encourage visitors to come and visit.</circumstances>
